My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and had a large kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, which was very convenient. The shower curtain in the bathroom was a bit outdated, but the balcony provided a nice touch to the room. The service, particularly from the individual manager, was exceptional and made me feel well taken care of. The location was not the best in New York City, being on a busy boulevard, but it was close to the downtown area without the downtown price.
